Hi all, I know a lot of you are keen to know how our Queen of Sparkle is getting on. Well, just to let you know that I've been in touch. As you may or may not know, she's currently undergoing treatment of a Grade 4 brain tumour - for a second time. As you can imagine, this is going to be a tough journey for Vicki - but one I know that she is facing with amazing courage. She sends her love, and thanks you for all the lovely messages that I have passed on to her from my Facebook and e-mails. She has asked me to ask you to share the following link wherever you can to raise awareness of The Brain Tumour Charity and tell you more about brain tumours. She tells me a little-known fact that the biggest killer of under 40's are brain tumours. We have to get the message far and wide. Please follow this link > http://www.thebraintumourcharity.org/ and ask your friends and family to spread the word. UPDATE 17th APRIL - here a new TJC blog post from Vicki http://blog.thejewellerychannel.tv/hello-vicki/

I watched the programme when Vicki was taken off air a few years ago and read about her in the Daily Mail's health page some time after. It was great to see her come back then as it is wonderful to see her come back now. I taped the 2 o'clock programme yesterday so that I can show the whole family what a brave, gracious trouper she is. It's great to have her back. Wishing with all my heart that she is cured. Give her my love. She has been sorely missed. She is a really beautiful lady. XX

Derek how is Vicky? Don't see her on TJC and last few times I did she didn't look too well. She is my favourite presenter and such an inspiration to all of us. So brave and comforting to all who have suffered a life threatening illness. Pease, if you are able, let us know what is happening with her and send her our love ad support. Thank you. Anita
