Derek will be joining the team on the new online radio station - Diva Radio.  
He'll be presenting 'On Your Marks', the station's breakfast show Monday to Friday from 7-11am.

Derek says "I was so pleased to be asked by my friends that run the station to join and I've loved what I've heard so far.  A lot of people think that it might be non-stop Kylie or Chaka Khan, but Diva means any music that is big or iconic.   I'm really looking forward to joining the team and playing loads of brilliant music.  The station isn't full of ads, news, sport and chatter - so it's the kind of listen that you can enjoy clutter-free everywhere'.

Hi all,
I know a lot of you are keen to know how our Queen of Sparkle is getting on. Well, just to let you know that I've been in touch.  As you may or may not know, she's currently undergoing treatment of a Grade 4 brain tumour - for a second time.  As you can imagine, this is going to be a tough journey for Vicki - but one I know that she is facing with amazing courage.  She sends her love, and thanks you for all the lovely messages that I have passed on to her from my Facebook and e-mails. 

She has asked me to ask you to share the following link wherever you can to raise awareness of The Brain Tumour Charity and tell you more about brain tumours.  She tells me a little-known fact that the biggest killer of under 40's are brain tumours.  We have to get the message far and wide. Hi All, 
Sorry I haven't had much time to update lately.  If you're a TJC viewer - you'll have noticed that things have been very busy lately with one of our biggest ever clearances and now may new pieces coming through.
I'm off to Jaipur in India again next week to meet with Amit and the team that hand craft our jewellery, so thought it was a good time to pick your brains and see what you like.


What is your favourite gemstone, why and what type of design do you really like?  Are there any gemstones that you haven't seen for a while, and you'd like to see them return.  Now is the time to let me know - and who knows, your ideas might influence some new designs for the future.  I've already had lots of ideas - such as magnetic clasps, more bezel set jewellery and cip-on earrings that are all coming through in the future.

Hi all,

Hope you're all enjoying this fantastic summer. It's a rarity to have this length of good weather up in the great north of England - so I've been taking advantage of it as many of you have. Crack the barbecue out as much as possible, relax and enjoy. Here's a couple of shots from the garden this year which is looking amazing - the best in 8 years of living here.. See if you can spot little Jacob enjoying the weather :)
